Honeydew Powder

Makes 5-6 servings (270g)

This honeydew milk tea kit is one in a melon! It contains a convenient mix of green tea, honeydew powder and lactose free creamer. This mix can be used to make cold and hot drinks. You will need hot water and any 500mL cup.

Ingredients:

Honeydew Powder: Sugar, Non-dairy Creamer, Honeydew Extract, Tartrazine, Brilliant Blue FCF

Recipe:

Drinks can be made with or without tea. For tea base, steep green tea for 1-2 minutes.

Cold:

1. Add 3 tbsp honeydew powder, 1 1/2 tbsp lactose free creamer (or milk of choice) to 250mL hot water. Stir to combine. 

2. Add topping, 1 cup of ice, stir and enjoy!

Hot:

1. Add 3 tbsp honeydew powder, 1 1/2 tbsp lactose free creamer (or milk of choice) to 400mL hot water. Stir to combine, add topping, and enjoy!
