Tapioca (5 Minute Boil)
Enjoy tapioca in the comfort of your own home in just 5 minutes!
1. Boil 1 1/2 cups of water in a pot and slowly add 1/3 cup of tapioca. Stir lightly.
2. Once the tapioca floats onto the surface, cover pot. Cook on medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
3. Turn off heat and simmer for another 2-3 minutes (adjust time to soften tapioca to personal taste)
4. Drain and rinse tapioca with cold water. Mix with sweetener of your choice. 4. Enjoy!
Best consumed within 4 hours of cooking. Keep refrigerated after opening.
