Return and Refund Policy

Returns 
Strawmates have a 30 day return policy. You will have 30 days to request a return upon receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at info@strawmates.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility and original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that strawmates is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.

Damages 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

Exceptions/Non-returnable items
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Our DIY bubble tea kits cannot be returned.  We also do not accept returns or refunds on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
We do not accept exchanges on any products at this time. 


Refunds (if applicable) 

To start a refund process, you can contact us at info@strawmates.com. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that all shipping costs for returns are the buyer's responsibility. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take time to process and post the refund.
