Strawmates is NOT LIABLE for any lost, stolen or damaged packages or for any delay caused by the act or default of the shipping carrier. Strawmates is responsible for orders until they leave our warehouse facility ONLY. Once tracking is received, it is between the shipping company and the customer to ensure the goods arrive safely.
Customs and Duty Fees
All international orders are subject to customs and duty fees as defined by the country of import. Customs and duty fees are not included in your Strawmates order and/or shipping total. Strawmates is not responsible for fees associated with import. All fees must be paid by the parcel recipient.
