DIY Thai Milk Tea Kit

THAI MILK TEA(Makes 4-5 servings)


This THAI-meless bubble tea kit contains a convenient mix of Thai tea, lactose free creamer, and white sugar. This mix can be used to make hot and or cold drinks.

  • Lactose Free Creamer (55g)
  • Tapioca (200g)
  • White Sugar (85g)

Ingredients

 

Thai Tea: Tea (Camellia Sinensis)(99.99%), Colour (FD&C Yellow No.6)(Store in cool dry place)


Lactose-free creamer: Sugars (glucose syrup), Hydrogenated palm kernel oil, Modified milk ingredients, Dipotassium phosphate, Monoglycerides, DATEM, Silicone dioxide, Artificial flavour, Annatto.


3 MIN Tapioca: Water, Corn Starch, Hydroxypropyl Distarch Phosphate,Starch Acetate, Caramel Color, Guar Gum, Aspartame, Sodium Diacetate, Potassium Sorbate, Flavouring


5 MIN Tapioca: Tapioca Starch, Water, Corn Starch, Gargamel, Guar Gum, Sodium Diacetate, Sodium Dehydroacetete, Artificial Flavour

Recipe

Bubble Tea Instructions:

 

Cold

 

1. Scoop 3 tbsp of tea into tea bag and place into 500mL cup. Pour 250mL hot water directly into tea bag.Cover and steep for 5 minutes.

 

2. Remove tea bag. Add 2 tbsp white sugar and 2 tbsp lactose free creamer (or milk of choice). Stir to combine.

 

3. Add topping, 1 cup of ice, stir and enjoy!

 

Hot

2. Remove tea bag. Add 2 tbsp white sugar and 2 tbsp lactose free creamer (or milk of choice). Stir to combine.

 

3. Add topping, stir and enjoy!
